Follow these steps to put in the menstrual cup:
1. First and foremost, wash your hands properly.
2. Then, fold the menstrual cup in C-fold or punch down fold ( whichever is more convenient for you).
3. Hold the folded sides firmly in between your thumb and forefinger such that the curved edge is facing away from your palm
4. In a comfortable position (while standing or squatting), gently insert the cup into your vagina. Ensure that your muscles are relaxed. It should be placed at a few inches below the cervix.
5. Rotate the cup once it is inside you so that it springs open and creates an airtight seal which would prevent leaks.

a boon for women. you'll forget that you are on periods when using this..in start it was bit dicy how to use it and all . but luckily i was down on sunday... tried it whole day and gained confidence on using it to office.. and trust me, it's th best thing one can ask for..you can get videos on how to insert and by 2-3 uses you will understand.. go for it gals 😍

First time user can get really scare but after it'll adjust, Cup is really good quality soft material, Once u insert u can leave it 6-8 hrs if normal flow, At night time it is best option for tension free sleep, no stains, no leakage best product, Who wants free from pads they just go for it.

I bought it and gifted to my wife to feel her easy in uncomfortable days. Now she is perfectly comfortable with this product. It is still in usable soft condition. Sanitary Napkins are very unhygienic and may cause serious problems, they may also feel wet while in periods. But this caps are worthy and safest. Thanks to the technology...🙏🙏

wow ! wonderful product. it's really a super man . totally relief from all the periods problem. use cloth pads that is also have problem gonna other pads also causes big big problems so it's a best for use
